What you'll do
You help clients shape IGA initiatives from business need to workable solution:
- You analyse business processes, identity security challenges and governance requirements
- You facilitate workshops with different stakeholders, such as business teams, IT teams, security teams and application owners.
- You translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, BPMN-based process flows and functional designs.
- You help define lifecycle processes, access request flows, approval models and access review processes
- You support the design of role models, governance structures and policy frameworks
- You document current-state and future-state processes in a clear and practical way
- You work closely with IGA engineers and architects to make sure solutions are feasible and scalable
- You support clients during implementation, testing, adoption and continuous improvement
You work in environments where identity governance has real business impact: security, compliance, auditability, efficiency and user experience all come together.
What makes you a good fit
- You have experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst in IGA or Identity Security
- You understand core IGA concepts such as joiner-mover-leaver processes, RBAC, SoD, access reviews and approval workflows
- You are able to structure complex information and turn it into clear requirements
- You can challenge business stakeholders in a constructive way
- You feel comfortable working with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
- You communicate clearly, ask the right questions and know how to keep discussions focused
- You are able to work independently while staying aligned with your team
