What you'll do
You contribute to and lead IGA implementations:
- You analyse access management challenges and define governance models
- You design scalable role models and lifecycle processes
- You implement IGA solutions and configure governance workflows
- You connect identity systems with HR sources, directories, and applications
- You support and improve existing implementations
- You help clients move from manual processes to structured governance
You work on environments where complexity is real and impact is visible.
What makes you a good fit
- You have experience in IAM or IGA projects
- You understand core concepts like RBAC, SoD, access reviews, and lifecycle management
- You are familiar with one or more IGA platforms such as Omada Identity, Microsoft Entra ID or others.
- You can translate business needs into structured solutions
- You are able to work independently while staying aligned with your team
Experience with integrations, data modelling, or scripting is a plus.
